I am married to a local homebuilder and have two sweet girls that keep me on my toes! My family and I can often be found camping, swimming, reading books, blending different juice concoctions, biking, crafting, and playing board or card games. When I need some time to focus on my wellness I lift heavy weights, try out new healthy recipes, read books on living a life on fire for Jesus, draw or paint, and snap/edit photos of the beautiful things around me. I believe taking care of ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually is vital to our well being and can highly impact our ability to experience joy and life fulfillment. If you or your child is struggling, I would love to visit with you about how to overcome obstacles, find balance in your daily life, and ultimately feel empowered to experience hope and healing.
