Therapist’s Statement

My desire is for people to experience joy in their lives and relationships and find healing and courage to live their lives fully in connection with others. I believe that therapy is one tool that can help people experience the positive changes they desire. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and understanding environment for you to identify your goals and to work collaboratively with you to achieve change and greater connection and satisfaction in your relationships. My hope is that therapy is a meaningful experience for you. It is a privilege to work with all of my clients, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you pursue growth and change.

In my free time, I love being out in nature with my dog and spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I also cherish time alone to curl up with a good book. A few of my simple joys are watercolor painting, cooking, and exploring the library.
