I believe that the counseling process should be designed to meet each individual’s specific needs. I appreciate the opportunity to use my own creativity and at times integrating creative arts in sessions to help individuals express themselves in a variety of ways that enhance the therapeutic process. I look forward to hearing your story and understanding how God has uniquely created you.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four adult children. I can often be found riding my bike alongside my husband as he trains for marathons each year. I also enjoy reading, sewing, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, meaningful conversation, coffee and a good sense of humor.
