I believe that each client is beautifully unique and has strengths despite their adverse experiences or challenges. My hope for each client is to work towards healing, find ways to cope and maintain meaningful relationships with others and develop self-love. I practice with high value on the therapeutic relationship and respect what each client brings into their session.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, creating, reading, practicing yoga and kayaking. I enjoy cheering on my husband’s football team and spending time with family and friends and my dog Charlie.
