Therapist’s Statement

I am a wife and mother of two teen daughters and some of my best times are spent telling stories and belly laughing with my family. I enjoy camping, boating, reading books, photography, prayer, and lifting weights. My absolute life passions include understanding the life and sacrifice of Jesus Christ and finding beauty and requiescence near a large body of water. I take a holistic approach to health and wellness by taking care of my body, mind, and spirit and love to talk about how to continually improve in these areas. My goal in therapy is to create an environment that is warm, compassionate, and allows for self-reflection and opportunities to help you be the victor of your story. I believe that each person requires their own approach therapeutically, however, also often find that it is important to explore one’s thought life and discuss healthy behaviors that contribute to an individual’s goals. I look forward to helping you or your child learn to overcome obstacles, find balance in your daily life, and ultimately feel empowered to experience hope and healing!
