NEW CLIENTS

You are a New Client if you have not been seen at Family Legacy previously or have not been seen for the past 6 months.

You must first call the office at 515-727-1338 to set up your first appointment. You may review the therapists at Family Legacy by clicking the “About” tab and then “Our Team” and a list of the therapists will present. Click on any therapist and you will be taken to their biographical page.

ATTENTION: PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE, NOT ALL THERAPISTS ARE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME.  UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC AND AN INCREASED NEED FOR MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDERS, MANY OF OUR THERAPISTS ARE NOT CURRENTLY TAKING NEW CLIENTS.  WE APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE IF THE THERAPIST THAT YOU DESIRE TO SEE IS NOT AVAILABLE, AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SCHEDULE YOU WITH ANOTHER THERAPIST FROM OUR PRACTICE, OR REFER YOU TO ANOTHER TRUSTED PROVIDER.  

 

EXISTING CLIENTS

You are considered a “New Client” if you have not been seen for the past 6 months. If this is you, see the above instructions.

ATTENTION:  Existing clients may continue to call us to schedule an appointment, however, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC OUR PHONE LINES ARE MUCH BUSIER THAN NORMAL. Therefore, it may be best to schedule an appointment with our patient portal, through Therapy Appointment. Click below to 

Simply enter your therapist’s name to get to a screen where you will be asked to enter your User Name and Password. That will bring you to a portal where you can check available appointments, as well as schedule or cancel appointments.
