NEW CLIENTS

You are a New Client if you have not been seen at Family Legacy previously or have not been seen for the past 6 months.

You must first call the office at 515-727-1338 to set up your first appointment. You may review the therapists at Family Legacy by clicking the “Our Team” tab. Click on any therapist and you will be taken to their biographical page.

We kindly ask for your understanding during this time as not all therapists are currently able to accommodate new clients. Due to a rising demand for mental health services, many of our therapists are fully booked. We deeply apologize if your preferred therapist is unavailable and assure you that we are committed to finding you the support you need. We will do everything in our power to schedule you with another therapist within our practice or provide a trusted referral to another provider. Your well-being is our top priority, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

EXISTING CLIENTS

You are considered a “New Client” if you have not been seen for the past 6 months. If this is you, see the above instructions.

ATTENTION:  Existing clients may continue to call us to schedule an appointment. Due to heavy phone call volumes it may be best to schedule an appointment with our patient portal, through Therapy Appointment.  

Simply enter your therapist’s name to get to a screen where you will be asked to enter your User Name and Password. That will bring you to a portal where you can check available appointments, as well as schedule or cancel appointments.
