Biography
Betsy has been a leader, coach and developer of people since beginning her professional career over three decades ago. A graduate of the University of Iowa, she dedicated her full time work in financial services to making a difference for those she led and the company’s customers. She has a passion for helping others set and achieve goals. She completed the Coaches Training Institute certification in 2017 and has helped individuals and teams during her financial services career and in her small business as a life and executive coach.
Currently enrolled at National University, she is completing her clinical hours to graduate as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Truly feeling called to do this work, her passion is to serve others and make a difference, one person at a time. She focuses on helping individuals, couples and families achieve their unique goals through therapy so they may live more fulfilling, healthier lives.
Outside of work she is an active volunteer on business and non-profit boards and for many events around the area. She served for 30 years in children’s and music ministry at her church and in her spare time enjoys an active lifestyle – biking, walking, playing pickleball, riding horses, traveling and enjoying time with friends and family, especially her many siblings and two adult sons.
